Catering gives me the opportunity to do what I love – to cook! I started catering by sharing food. When people liked what they tasted, I turned it into a business.

Today I may be invited to cook a traditional French meal for 8, an Indian buffet for 30 or a Middle Eastern banquet for 100. I use well-honed skills to address factors unique to each client. I carefully work up a menu, I procure the best ingredients at the best prices, I prepare the food with great attention to every detail and I serve with one goal in mind: the objectives of my client are met and the guests will feel appreciated and satisfied.
